Alex’s claim to fame? For 15 years, Alex was winning bodybuilding contests and stealing the hearts of retirement home residents with his bulging biceps, brains, and the kindest heart. With a Master’s in Gerontology, Alex became the master of the golden years, transforming life’s quirks into comedic treasures and proving that laughter is the ultimate fountain of youth! Trapped in a retirement home where the most exciting renovation involved replacing the bingo cards, Alex’s craving for creative chaos reached levels only seen in squirrel-obsessed dogs.

In 2016, Alex and his wife Lana, fondly referred to as “the dynamic duo,” decided to follow their dreams and focus on construction, determined to be the Chip and Joanna Gaines of the West Coast. Because who needs HGTV when you’ve got Lana and Alex turning Bay Area homes from “meh” to “OMG!” one project at a time?
