Our mission is to join our customer experience and employee successes by leading the Tree Care Industry in Safety, Customer Service, and Technology.

The target customers for The Arboreal Company are large scale Property Managers, Home Owners Association Managers and Apartment communities whom want to reduce operations costs, reduce risk to tenants and increase property values. Specifically, we specialize in managing large quantities of trees. To capitalize on opportunities that are geographically close Arboreal Co. will specifically target Industrial Properties and Retail Properties with deferred maintenance due to the economic downturn caused by COVID-19. This will allow us to take advantage of the Bay Area’s robust economy as it ebbs and flows over the course of the COVID-19 recovery.

About Jonathan Maystrik, Founder & CEO

A native of Long Island, New York, Mr. Maystrik has spent the past 20-plus years studying and caring for trees in the San Francisco Bay Area. His experience started with the Hayward Area Recreation and Park District in 2001. He went from there to TreeCO, obtained his Arborist Certification along the way, and joined Arborwell Professional Tree Management in 2006 and grew them from a $7 million dollar, 3 region company to a $35 million 7 region company across the west coast. He spent 15-years with Arborwell, leading in growth of sales year-over-year, and later in 2019, serving as Chairman of the then employee-owned company. Jonathan’s experiences at Arborwell (now SavATree) have afforded him the foundational knowledge to take his newest opportunity in tree care companies, The Arboreal Company, to the highest level. His focus on The Arboreal Company is where the American Dream lies for him and generations to follow by providing his customer’s with the Real Deal in the Tree Care Industry.
